Service & technology
Technology That Works. Service You Can Depend On.
The control systems, safety devices and maintenance programmes that keep a Level Up lift running reliably long after installation.
Technology
Engineered control, drive and safety systems
Each lift is built around proven components, selected for the building's duty cycle and traffic.
PLC-Based Controls
Programmable control of travel and door operation gives smooth acceleration, accurate floor levelling and better handling of passenger traffic.
Gearless Machine Technology
Permanent-magnet gearless machines run quieter, need less maintenance and reduce power consumption by up to 40% compared with conventional drives.
Automatic Rescue Device
On a mains failure the ARD takes over, moves the car to the nearest landing and opens the doors so passengers can step out safely.
Elevator Monitoring
Real-time monitoring and diagnostics track lift performance, flag developing faults and help schedule maintenance before a breakdown.
Door Sensors & Overload Protection
Multi-beam curtains detect obstructions across the full door height, while overload sensing prevents the car from moving beyond rated capacity.
Fire Emergency Return
On a fire signal the lift returns automatically to a designated floor and parks with its doors open for safe evacuation.
After-sales service
Maintenance that protects uptime and safety
Lifts are safety equipment in daily use. Our service programmes are built to minimise downtime, extend equipment life and keep every installation compliant.
Preventive Maintenance
Scheduled inspection, lubrication, adjustment and safety checks that catch wear early and keep travel quality consistent.
24/7 Emergency Support
Technical assistance around the clock for entrapments, breakdowns and urgent faults, with priority attendance for AMC clients.
Remote Monitoring & Diagnostics
Fault data and performance trends reviewed remotely so engineers arrive knowing what to check and which parts to bring.
Genuine Spare Parts
Original controllers, door operators, ropes, sensors and drive components fitted by trained technicians.
Annual Maintenance Contracts
Comprehensive or semi-comprehensive AMC plans covering periodic servicing, safety audits and priority response.
Modernization & Upgrades
Retrofit older lifts with new controllers, drives, doors, cabins and safety devices without replacing the entire installation.

How we work
A four-step project process
Clear stages, documented at each step, from first enquiry to ongoing maintenance.
- 01
Requirement Assessment
Site visit, shaft survey, traffic study and discussion of capacity, travel and usage.
- 02
Solution & Design
Specification, general arrangement drawings, cabin and door selection, and a written quotation.
- 03
Installation & Testing
Erection, wiring, alignment, commissioning and load and safety testing before handover.
- 04
Maintenance & Support
Scheduled servicing under AMC, emergency attendance and spares through the lift's life.
Already have a lift that needs attention?
We take over maintenance of existing installations and carry out modernization of older lifts — new controllers, drives, doors, cabins and safety devices.
Set up a maintenance contract
Tell us how many lifts you operate and where they are installed. We will propose an AMC plan with a defined service schedule and response time.
